I have a form with a database as the data source, and when I debug the code i get the following error:

NullReferenceException was unhandled by user code

associated with this line of code

taskItem.Subject = root.SelectSingleNode("my:myFields/my:dataFields/d:Table1/my:Activity", NamespaceManager).Value;

the form is refernced to Microsoft Outlook 12.0 Object Library
