In the form I use the TryGetValue to get the variable being passed and set that value on a field.

This is a way of doing it but if your passing large amount of data it may get cluttered in the URL, if that is a concern.

What you suggested is good but for now I will stick with the solution I have momentarily.

Thanks though :-)

Re: Form based on link clicked

I'm not a programmer, but I believe you could pass a parameter from the URL into the InfoPath form. Then perform the "switch" using code.

May I propose a different solution? Have one link in the SharePoint page. This opens up the form. The form shows three radio buttons for the user: Europe, America, Asia. The form has three sections (one for each region) and the radio buttons will determine which of the sections is displayed to the user.

Form based on link clicked

Hi,

What im looking for is a web based form that contains dynamic fields such as address and currency that vary depending on what
link has been clicked on the sharepoint site.

Example:

There are three links on a SP page; Europe, America and Asia.
When Europe is clicked, the address on the InfoPath form changes to an european address and european currency for calculations that will be done on the form.
When America is clicked the same for America and the same for Asia.

Hope Im clear on the requirements if any questions please do ask.
