I suppose I need to write my own control it think?

In the other Office Applications it´s no prob. to integrate OLEs - so u see a preview of the object and could open the linked application with a click on the pic.

In Infopath its possible to use the attachment - so far so good. When I click it the application opens - but i dont have a preview.

To use a additional picture-controll and connect them via events is not practicable cause this means the customer need to export the Object from the sourc application in both formats - one export in the native and one in a picture format (and of course he owns a lot of objects ~10000 )
