Figured it out.

It was a NULL error, but ended up being a Namespace issue.

I finally got my two forms working and the ability to pass data from form1 to form2. Now I have another issue that I just can't get my head around.

I am passing a field from form1 to form2 and displaying the data in a field. This was just a testing phase as I was using a field in form2 that needs to be filled out.

Therefore, I created a field called roDesignNo. I copied the XPath (/dfs:myFields/@my:roDesignNo) and plugged it into my JScript.

var form2Field = objNewForm.DOM.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/@my:roDesignNo");

Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I get a NULL error. However, if I pass the data into a field that is associated (created for me) with the database it works fine.

var form2Field = objNewForm.DOM.selectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:tblDetailsInfo/@ID");

Can someone help me out and point me in the right direction? Is it an XPath issue or something else.
