I have the code to accomplish this and it works like a dream as long as the form template is stored locally on my machine. Although when I save the template to a network drive so my users can access it and my "Add Calendar Event" method is called it gives the following error message:

ActiveX component can't create object: 'Outlook.Application'

Line 83 in my code reads: Set objOutlook = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")

Is it possible to add Outlook calendar events from a template that is stored on a network drive?
