Plesae check to make sure you are signing the entire form. Also, the signature usually includes an image of the view that was signed. Not sure that your console app is adding that (guessing it isn't). I'm also not sure if the image is needed or not. I recommend signing a form using the browser ActiveX control and comparing to see the difference.

Digitally Signing Forms using Managed Code in C# - InfoPath 2007 (URGENT HELP NEEDED!)

Hi,

To all the pros in here, greetings! I have been suffering with this managed code to create a console application that can sign and InfoPath browser enabled or client enabled form. And then be able to verify it!

I have written a console application based on links provided below. The form once signed via code, gives invalid status once opened in InfoPath and verification via code. (verification status false)

Checkpoints

- My certificates are valid, it works fine outside the code, in browser or client.

- My code is working fine, can pick the certificate, create rsa - sign the form based on the below as inspiration:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb608325(office.11).aspx#AddingDigitalSignatures_without

http://download.microsoft.com/download/4/f/d/4fd49a94-8772-4bd0-88ca-bf46e2d029fc/WHITEPAPERS/Working%20with%20signed%20Infopath%20forms%20in%20Biztalk.doc

Please help me with this, I have tried for almost a week now and in vain. What wrong could I be doing? Do I need some modifications to the code?
