They enter in the details in the repeating section and add a new section for each additional PC. There is a field called Cost Center for them to enter where they want to charge the cost to and then another field which tells them how much it will cost them per year based on the configuration they choose from a drop down menu. The users can use up to 5 individual Cost Center numbers per form. Once they have filled in all of the information they submit it for approval.

The approver view is almost the same as the user entry view except I have 5 lines at the top with Cost Centers and annual total cost to be charged to each cost center. I have been able to get the cost center fields to populate with the specific cost center entered by the user using rules. So if they enter 3 cost center for the form then all three will populate in the cost center fields on the approver view.

What I need to do now is have the annual total cost populated based on the repeating sections where the cost centers match. I need it to find all nodes matching a cost center number and add the annual costs together for those nodes and total them in the annual total cost field.

I have attached a pic of the approver view which might help in understanding what I am trying to accomplish. I have searched and searched here for the answers and worded my searches in so many ways but have not been able to find the help I need to get this done. I'm sure someone else has already done this but I'm guessing that I am not wording my searches correctly.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
