thanks for replay,

i think that too, because when i open the form in the first time, a dialog box include the URL or library and the form ID appear.

but can you give me Ideas how i can fix this problem.

I believe this is a sharepoint issue not keeping the relative path.

For a manual migration you may need to republish.

I have InfoPath Form with managed code that retrieves data from SharePoint Site, the form is published to form library and the site that containing the library is saved as Site Template. The problem is when I create new site based on my custom template the URL of library where I publish the form in the first time is returned. I want to have Dynamic URL to get the actual location of the form. Any Ideas.
