InfoPath supports .NET framework which may limit access permissions to file names. Not sure, but certainly it's doable.

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPathDev

Re: Path name of the Attachment File in the InfoPath

Hello Mr.Patrick Halstead,

Thanks Again for your Reply. There is an xpath to the mso-inline encoded attribute and some other details to get the image out. I am pretty sure that this is documented on the Microsoft InfoPath blog site. Please go to resources (or Google) and try searching the InfoPath blog written by the MS guys.

Patrick Halstead [InfoPath MVP]
InfoPathDev

Path name of the Attachment File in the InfoPath

Dear Friends,

How can I get the Complete path of the file which I already attached in the Form using File Attachment Controls in the Infopath.

Thanks in Advance.

vasanth.
