SQL Stored Procedure

All,

I need to do a client name and or a company name lookup. The data is already held within an sql db.

I'm v.new with SQL. On my sql box I can get my sql person to design a stored procedure so that it can return a list of client names and or company names.

How do I connect my infopath form to the stored procedure results? I only need a 'drop down list'. Or so I think. I just need to know if the client or company name already exists.
