When the email is received in MS Outlook 2010, the form fields are stretched and looks very chaotic to say the least.</p><p>In the email message, it does say &quot;If there are problems with how this message is displayed, click here to view in browser.&quot;</p><p>When I open it in IE, it looks the way it&#39;s suppose to.</p><p>Is&nbsp;there something in MS Outlook that is causing the form fields to stretech or does the problem reside&nbsp;in&nbsp;how the data is submitted?</p><p>Any thoughts here would be appreciated.</p><p>Many Thanks!</p>
