According to the tutorial you are retrieving information based off the ID you provide right? I just want it to automatically return all the names without any typing or user intervention. Form loads all rows are there with each account managers name.

Re: Retrieving unique names from a list to be inserted into a repeating table

So, I'd query the list to get back the names.
So, you can create a data connection to the list, and you can use qRules Insert to insert rows to your main data source and then logic on the rows to populate - the issue I think will be getting just the unique names. I don't quite understand this:

ldkud50:

I want to know how to populate the acctmgr field using a formula to look at a list and return a unique name for however many names are in the list for the predetermined fields.

I'm a little confused about the details here, if you can provide a bit more info that would be helpful.

Retrieving unique names from a list to be inserted into a repeating table

I have a repeating table with predefined rows. One field is labeled AcctMgr in which I insert the name of the rep manually. I want to know how to populate the acctmgr field using a formula to look at a list and return a unique name for however many names are in the list for the predetermined fields. This way I only have to edit the list vs the form.
