Data Connection in an Infopath Form template

Hello everyone,
I didn't know how to search for this newbee problem, therefore I'm asking directly (please don't hit me :) )
I need to create a data connection in an InfoPath Form Template. I have a Fields called "value" and "Changing value" so let say someone enters "100" in the "Value" field and submits the form. The next guy comes in and create a new form (using the template) then he enters "30" in the "value" field, therefore the "Changing value" field should display "70".

and so on ...

1. Is this possible using InfoPath and SharePoint?
2. Any idea how to achieve this?
