InfoPath 2010 Form using SP 2010 User Profile Service Issue

I am having a very strange issue....at my organization i am using SharePoint 2010 Standard and InfoPath 2010. I have created a data connection in the form to populate information from the SharePoint user profile service. When i launch the form for the first time everything works and the information displays as expected. However if i close the 1st form out and launch the same form again InfoPath opens up and i get an error box that states "Some external data was not retrieved. The form will load without the requested data." In the details "The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:Server was unable to process request. ---> Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation."

Now if i go into the InfoPath client and clear the form cache under recently used forms. The message will go away until i open the same form again? Has anyone experienced this? How can i fix or troubleshoot. Thanks!

**We are using Classic Authentication, IE8 and since we are on standarad edition of SharePoint the form opens within the client.***
