Cannot check-in udcx file on creation of data connection library

Using IP 2007and Moss 2007.

In my form, I created a data connection from a SQL view. In SharePoint I created a data connection library and gave myself full control of it. I followed instruction from this post: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms772101(v=office.12).aspx.

After the CONVERT step10 & 11in section"To Create a New Data Connection File in InfoPath", I cannot check-in the file to get it approved and thus open the file. I get following error message:

You must fill out all required properties before checking in this document. at Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.Checkin.OnLoad(EventArgs e)
at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive()
at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

Well I did fill out all the fields (they are all Required) and I still cannot check-in the file.

In library settings "manage checked out files" , there are no files showing as checked out. In "versioning settings" I set Require check out to No. Still not getting checked in.

Any ideas?
