Infopaht Rich Text boxes and Sharepoint Lists

Hello,
i'm a bit stuck.
in my form i was trying to give the user the possibility to use a rich text box and then submit it to a sharepoint list. No problem so far.
i also give the user the ability to look at his older submits so i also read from the same sharepoint list.

Now i have the problem that i see "strange" entries in the Rich Text box. That means. <DIV> or & etc..

I tried to use a plain text box at the form side and a rich text field at the sharepoint side but also the other way around.

Where i stopped is that i use plain text boxes on both sides. Now when the users enters a "&" the sharepoint list stores this as "&"

Can anybody help here?
