Joining fields in a combobox

Hi,

I have a Sharepoint 2010 custom list, Service, with a Lookup field from another Sharepoint 2010 custom list, Implementation.
I want to design this Service list form in infopath 2010 and have it's combobox/drop down list showing several fields from my Implementation list.
In the Implementation list I have two fields, Implementation ID and Description that I want to show in the Service list as one value (1, Some text).

If anyone could help me with this it would be greatelly appreciated.
