Hi Ernesto, thanks for your help, I managed to work it out, just had to play around with the filtering formula on the text boxes. Thanks.

Hi Ernesto, thanks for the prompt response, I'm not sure if it's cascading drop-downs to what I am trying to achieve, I've attached a screenshot of what I am trying to change with regards to the drop-down selection. Hope it helps.

Hi, this is a common question; what you're describing is called "cascading dropdowns". Please perform a forum or Google search for more info. I'm betting you'll find lots of how-to's and articles. If you can't find what you need, let us know. Good luck!

Data to change several text fields based on Drop-Down selection

Hi,

I have a Sharepoint list (Calendar) that I am using as a datasource, I then have a drop-down box that feeds off that data source pulling information. For example its Course Information that will be booked into a Calendar.

Sharepoint list columns:

Title, Course Description, Course Owner, Cost.

The drop-down will then only pull the 'Title', I then have textboxes underneath for the other titles that based on what the 'Title' is then I want its corresponding information to be shown in the textboxes below.

So if someone chose course ABC in the drop-down then the Description, Owner & Cost will be shown in their seperate text fields below. Also using Sharepoint 2007 and using InfoPath 2007 & 2010
