I'm a newbie to infopath and sharepoint. I need to create web-form application with workflow and I choosed this combination as a prototype.

Now, I need to retrieve some data on MSSQL 2005 server and put into a form's drop-down box. So, on InfoPath 2007, I created a secondary data connection and then convert it into a UDC file in my sharepoint's Data Connection Library.

Now, after converting the UDCX file to the Sharepoint Data Connection Library, I know that the file must be approved before I can use it. When I tried to check-in the file, Sharepoint reported that "You must fill out all required properties before checkng in this document"

I then edit the properties of that file and found that the "TITLE" property is empty. So I entered some text and clicked "OK".

After leaving the "edit property", I tried to check-in again. The same error message prompted up again and I cannot check-in the file.

I checked the "properties" again and found that the "TITLE" property is still empty. Seems that I cannot enter that field and thus Sharepoint cannot allow me to check-in and in turn approve.

Can any experts here kindly help?

Thanks in advance for your hints.

Rgds
