You'll need to define your table relationships appropriately in the database and also in the form when you create it. If the 'id' is an auto id field in Access, and your relationships are defined correctly, the id should correctly populate through all the tables on submit.

Creating separate rows in database

I am designing a form that will be stored on a SharePoint site but will submit to an access database. I have several separate sections in the form. When submitted initially, I want each separate section to create it's own row in the database but using the same form id assigned by the database. How would I accomplish this?

thanks.
