InfoPath email is all client side so it is probably something with their outlook or possibly connectivity to Exchange and the GAL for name resolution.

Hi,

We have an InfoPath form with Email data connections. Some of our users reported the following error when they are trying to submit the form using the Email Data connection: “the form cannot be submitted because some of the email addresses cannot be resolved”. Now, the email IDs in to/cc/bcc fields are valid and when I (or any of the dev team members) open up the exact xml data the user was using , we find the email addresses are resolving properly and we are able to send the mails. The mail was also sent successfully for a number of users but seems to be giving trouble to some 5/6 odd users. Is there any client-side settings required in the user’s machine/mail setup/Outlook settings? Any pointers would be much appreciated.
