Then the receiving parties should place their copy of the form into this same path location.

From there they should be able to open it.

Outside that, they can right-click the XSN and choose design. Then publish it locally to whereever they want, and then open it.

Re: Uploading to Sharepoint Server and sending by Email.

Hey Ty

The form template is what controls the way the data is displayed. It is required to create a new form and render an existing xml document based on that Template. You must publish your form to put it into production. This is nice so when you make a change it goes into effect immediately the next time it is accessed.

You can publish to SharePoint or a webserver or a common share but users will need to have read access to the template.

Uploading to Sharepoint Server and sending by Email.

I have a form that was developed with IP 2003 on the harddrive my local PC. The form will be used by my fielders the submit information from around the world.

The problem: The Sharepoint upload works great. However when I email a completed form as an attachment to multiple email accounts, the receiving parties cannot open the attachment. It looks like the attachment is trying to open from my local PC where the form was created.

I've all through the security settings and can't figure this one out. Any help would be appreicated.

Thanks in advance
