A better solution is to use an Active Directory Web Service which will allow you to look up information in Active Directory. This can be done codelessly and would perform better.

Do you have a web server you can add it to?

You may want to evaluate the Database Accelerator package. Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 - Developer

Data Connection to Contact Items in Exchange Public Folder

Is it possible to have an Infopath form query contact items in a Microsoft Exchange public folder to populate Name, Address, phone, etc onto an Infopath form? The department I am developing this form for doesn't want to have to re-type data that already exists. They are using a public folder on Exchange to manage all their contacts for their team.

If this is possible, what pieces would be needed to do this? Is there an ODBC connector that can be used? Can someone give some basic instructions on how to go about setting something like this up?
