Is there a way for the IP Form user to place a message into a rich text box or something and submit it with the submit email data connection? Is

I am putting together a form for many users. Each user has their own view and when each user completes their tasks they click the complete button which submits an email data connection to the team and also saves the form to Share Point. After clicking the complete button, the user's status is set to complete and the button is disabled.

If the PM determines that that user is not complete, he sets the users status back to “in progress” so that the analysis can be updated and resubmitted. What I need, is a way for them to show that they have made changes to their analysis, updated their view and resubmitted the form to Share Point. I would like to be able to differentiate the email message sent to show that this isn't the first time that the user’s analysis was submitted. Should I create a second complete button with a different email data connection message? What if it has to be resubmitted several times over? I would like to be able to differentiate the message every time the form view has to be updated to keep the team clear on what is going on and each user’s status.

What are you thoughts?

Thanks!
