The "State" is pulling from a separate SharePoint List.

I would like to know if it's possible to have, once a user selects "Location A" from the Shipping Location drop list, the 4 text fields populate and the correct state be selected. If it is possible, then how can I do this?

I am new to this and I don't know XML very well (I'm learning), but I am pretty good at figuring things out if I am given some general directions.

Thanks to all who respond to this-
