My form is base on an SQL db using submit rules to send an email to select personnel with the subject line being that of the current form being edited. the form id field is a concatenation containing the form name and SQL ID field (form-1).The problem I am having is when I am editing the current form, say form-99, make my changes and click submit, the form submits correctly to the SQL db but the email subject line returns to form-1 rather than the current form id being edited.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
