The problem is that InfoPath doesn't support SQL query statements that refer to fields in your form. We have a Web service tool that we will beta release in a few days that will solve your problem. If you want to be a beta-tester, go to our About Us and fill out the Contact Us form. We'll send you a version. Cheers!

SQL/JScript help needed

hi all,

am no expert in this but so far got everything going well. Thew scenario: I have a database table Employees that stores (and will store) employee info they will fill from a form. that\s not a problem up till now (and hopefully will never be). my Q is that i managed to get the code for getting the username as they login. what i need now from infopath is looking up that username from the table and displaying the required info depending on the fields. i know how to reach the query part but i\m not sure what code exactly i need. i used JScript for getting the username onLoad and i need the code for using JScript withing SQL (the SELECT tablename ....WHERE and here\s where i\m stuck.

Plz help! thanx a lot
