I'm creating a sign up sheet for my company. In short I have several locations, each with unique time frames, and each time frame has a limited number of slot options. These limited slot options would reset every day. I have built a SharePoint data library that contains all of these details. As each Employee registers for a specific location and time frame the number of available slots should be reduced by 1.

I'm familiar with the email data connection to respond to the Crewmember who signed up
I'm familiar with the SharePoint data connection to track the number of Employees who signed up
I just don't know how to create a relationship between a SharePoint list and InfoPath form to auto populate the "available spots" in the InfoPath form from the updated SharePoint list count
If this is possible to do without code it would be even better
