In the manifest, search for xsf2:connectoid to find the info on the UDCX files. I think the issue will likely be with the siteCollection or source attribute there.

udcx Data Connections moved from one site to another cannot be accessed

We have an InfoPath
form hosted in a SharePoint 2010 Forms Library.
When loaded, the form reads data from three SharePoint lists, all in the
same site. The Data Connections used to
the read three lists are stored in .udcx files in a Data Connection library,
also on the same site. These files were
created in InfoPath Designer by using "Convert to Connection File."

We need to make a
set of major changes without impacting our users, so we've created another site
and copied the entire contents of the application to the new site. We want to use the site copy to develop the
new capabilities, then move the changes back to the main production site. As
expected, the copied form failed to load initially, and so we updated all the
data connection URLS in the form template itself, and all the URLS in the .udcx
files, to point to the lists on the copied site. We then published the updated
form into the copied site. However, the
form still fails to load.

The errors that are
displayed differ depending on how the form is loaded. This is the message
generated by opening the form in a browser:

An error occurred
while accessing a data connection (.udcx) file that is required for this form
to function correctly. The file cannot be found or you do not have
 permissions to access it.

Or this one,
generated by trying to preview the form in InfoPath Designer:

Exception
of type 'Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException' was thrown.
<detail><errorstring
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">
List does not exist.
The page you selected contains a list that
does not exist. It may have been deleted
by another user.
</errorstring><errorcode
xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sharepoint/soap/">0x82000006</errorcode></detail>

We have verified
that the user account being used has the correct permissions, and that the
error occurs even for site collection administrators. The lists exist, are populated, and the user has permission to all of them.

When the form is
edited in InfoPath Designer, all of the data connections show the correct path
to the .udcx file library and the correct filenames. All of them are say they
are Relative link types. But all of them are generating this same error. We've scoured the manifest.xsf and all
associated files for URLS that point to the old site, to no avail. We are
trying to avoid deleting the data connection files and recreating them, since
doing so will delete all the form fields and rules that rely on them. Fixing those and retesting would be time
prohibitive. Can you provide any insight on what may be the issue and how to
resolve it?

Thanks in advance.
