I hope this is the right place for my question. It is a weird issue but I hope you will be able to help me. Form: I am developing a form, which is querying 3 additional lists to populate different dropdown fields (e.g. catering, Invoice requirement, gifts, additional gifts). Please refer to the example table below for the list structure.I am querying an external list and one of the columns is a category that is a multi-select field (with check-boxes). A user can pick multiple categories per item as shown in the example below ID Title Price Type of Itinerary 1 Cookies £1 Catering, Invoice Requirement 2 Tea and Coffee £2 Additional Catering, Catering 3 Mineral Water £1.5 Catering, Invoice Requirement When in the infopath form, depending on whether the person is interested in catering or invoice requirement, the dropdown will populate the appropriate options. Please refer to the table below for clarifications. field name dropdown Catering cookies mineral water Problem: When I go to the form and select the drop down (in my case the category that the user is interested in eg food), sometimes the drop down field populates, sometimes not - seems very arbitrary. Also, sometimes if I want to change the value I need to first select 'null' (or empty cell) before I am allowed to view all available options. If I un-select the latest populated drop down and instead click on another drop down category, the drop down that didn't populate before now does, but the one after may or may not. It's a crazy behaviour! I am filtering the data from the categories as shown below: entries/datafields/title/filterdata/category/value contains "category" Is it because the data connections are interfering with each other? I tried messing around with datafields/queryfields, the rules on load and the location of the query data connection and alike, but nothing seems to be working. I am getting a bit annoyed. Do you have an idea what is causing this or how it should even behave normally? Any help is much appreciated! We are using InfoPath 2013 and SP 2013 on prem
