Publishing Form to Sharepoint Form Library

Hello Everyone,

I created a basic form with a single data connection to a SQL database to receive information. When I finished I published it to a new Forms Library. But now that I have published and I go to fill it out in the web browser it says:

An error occurred querying a data source.

Click OK to resume filling out the form. You may want to check your form data for errors

I had played a little with converting the connection from within Infopath 2013 and creating a Data Connection library but I would appreciate if anyone had insight on what could be wrong or point me in the right direction.
