Populate Data from External Repeating Table

I have an external form library. This form library contains Purchase Orders and each of these P.O.s contain repeating tables with multiple rows.
In my new form, I allow users to select one of these purchase orders from a drop-down list. In the same form, I have another (cascading) drop-down list that is filtered by the P.O. selected in the first drop-down list. I need this list to contain all items from the repeating table in the P.O. that has been selected.
Everything works except the list will only show the first item in the repeating table. i.e. I only get one item to select from no matter how many items are in the external repeating table.
Is there a way to make the second drop-down list contain all items from the repeating table?
