I'm attaching a sample template here that is a guess as to what you may want. Save the file locally. Right click the file and select Design to open in Design mode. From there you can look at the properties on the check box controls, preview, etc.

Re: How to use a Tick box to put values into another box

HI

Is this something you are setting in the control's properties - i.e., when checked the value is 2 or something? Or is the number just something hardcoded on the form - i.e., you have a checkbox and next to it you have a number?

How to use a Tick box to put values into another box

HI First time poster here.

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction as to if this can be done or not.

I have my from all set up and would like to use a Tick box with a number value in to populate another box and then for that box to Add the sums together. So if I had 2 tick boxes selected the box these were linked too would show the total value of the 2 tick boxes.

Not sure if that makes much sense.

Any help would be appreciated

Thank you
