Repeating / Multiple Drop Down Values into one field

Hello Friends,

Let me explain with example. Lets say I have repeating section with Drop-Down Control name Employee_Skills_Drop_Down. Lets say there are several skills one per line in my Drop Down Control. Now if I select three values. Lets say for sake of example. 1) Java 2) InfoPath and 3) Oracle. I want all these values into one field lets say Employee_Skills_Data_Field. So I will have value in that field as "Java, InfoPath, Oracle.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
