The form itself can be downloaded for use from our intranet. Following company protocol, the authoriser must submit the form to the team responsible for payment as authorisation for the purchase. Here is how I have curently set up the form and its use:

The requestor completes the form, which includes the authoriser's name and email in two separate text boxes. These are required fields.

The submit button has a rule to auto-complete the 'to' field with the authoriser's email.

Once the authoriser has received the form and agrees to the purchase, they can forward the form to the payment team from Outlook.

Although this does work, I'm looking to streamline the service and avoid any confusion to the customer with the form and how to process it. My query is:

Is it possible to have two submit buttons on the form, each one in a separate section that can be hidden using rules? I've used the rules section before now to show/hide sections depending on the criteria filled out on the form but the problem I'm having is that I can't see how to use the submit buttons themselves as the rule to show/hide sections? They don't show up as an option. What I would like to do is hide the authoriser's 'submit' button until after the requestor has clicked their 'submit' to send it for authorisation. I would then like to hide the requestor's 'submit' button once the authoriser has received the form, i.e.:

Submission button section - hide once it has been clicked.

Authorisation button section - only show after Submission button has been clicked.

I hope that's all clear. It's a little confusing to explain!

Many thanks

Adam
