The form is connected to a SQL database. I have a field that I want to use as the UNC path with the hyperlink control. I have done some research and others have reported like issues. I liked to know how to resolve this. I really think that this is a bug.&nbsp;</p><p>I just came from Microsoft&#39;s tutorial on how to do this and it doesn&#39;t work....it really doesn&#39;t.</p><p>http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath-help/insert-a-hyperlink-HP001096805.aspx</p><p>It seems simple enough, but I swear that it doesn&#39;t work.&nbsp;</p><p>Right now we are upgrading to Office 2010 and the same links work with out any issues at all in InfoPath 2010. I am certain that it is something to do with Infopath 2003 and IE7. You see, the Infopath 2003 machines use IE7 still. Eventually, Infopath 2003 and IE7 will be gone for good, but in the mean time, I need to get these links working as they are used daily. </p><p>Is it some setting in IE 7 that is preventing these dynamic hyperlinks from not opening in Infopath 2003? There are NO errors at all. Just click and nothing happens. Even though the pointer looks like it is going to click a link, but when you do, nothing happens.&nbsp;</p><p>Even when I create a static hyperlink in a test form that links to a file on the network it still doesn&#39;t work. The only link that seems to work are web page links.&nbsp;</p><p>InfoPath 2003 is old, I know, but anyone out there deal with this before? If so, what is the solution?
