I'm creating a timesheet in which it will calculate certain guidelines we need to follow. What I need to do is to calculate breaks including overnight breaks. What I have set up, is a form that submits to an Access DB. So i have a repeating section (which represents each day). The part I'm having trouble with, is I need to calculate the break from the last "end time" to the next day's (new record's) start time. So two things need to happen. One is to find the last end time. I currently have 7 time slots (a potential for 7 shifts, but could be as few as 1). I'm trying out the Max function, but for some reason I keep recieving an error. Then the most challenging I have is to calculate that last end time to the next records first start time (should alsways be start time 1). There are some other guidelines that I may have trouble doing, but I think if i can find a way to calculate between records, I should be able to solve my other challenges. Let me know if there is a way to do this. I deally, I would love to do this without code (as I am not the most proficient person at writting code), but if this needs to be done with code - i will need a "dummied up" how to. lol. I'm ok at manipulating code, but from scratch . . . that's another story.

Thanks,
