When I do an Email Submit and it&#39;s set to &quot;send only the active view of the form and no attachment&quot;, the button doesn&#39;t show up in the email. However, if I have the Email Submit set to &quot;send the form data as an attachment&quot; the button does show up.</p> <p>The button doesn&#39;t show in the preview window of Outlook 2007 no matter how the Email Submit is set.</p> <p>Why is that?</p>
