My problem is the first section of data populates form correctly but any subsequent data does not, in fact second repeat shows checkboxes greyed out when I create a report.

The way the form should work is the user answers a question using a dropdown and they may answer the same question differently any number of times. This data is stored in SQL and used as data source to create form. So if the answer is Yes, then the appropriate box is checked, same with No and N/A.

I have set my dropdown values (Yes, No, NA), and my checkbox properties data type (True/False (boolean)) with cleared/checked values of "0/1" and have set my Rules (on Opening Form), but I cannot get my repeating section to work. (Tried to send snapshots but did not attach)

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
