Did you resolve this yet? I think you could use a secondary data source, bind the drop-down to that, and then populate the secondary data source programatically with the data from the ADO.NET connection.

After reading through the forum for similar posts, I found a couple, but none that answered my question.

I am attaining information from a DB using the code behind (C#) with ADO.NET

I am receiving a list of values that I would like to populate a drop-down list box. How would you do that through the code, because the option of using InfoPath's UI is not feasible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
