I believe you could create some code to modify the font of the result.

Have you thought about collecting the submitted information in a database for reporting and analysis?

You may want to check out the Database Accelerator. It would allow you to collect all of the submitted information in a database, then instead of merge you could view and process this information with a specific admin form, excel, or a SQL report. These would give you much more capability and flexibility. It even comes with some templates already created for Admin process, for the secondary process of forms.

It is very painful to reformat the rich text box after the merging. The users want me to impose a uniform font and style to the rich text box, so that after merging he doesn't have to reformat the text box by hand. I believe I have to write code to apply the uniform font and style to the rich text box, since there are various ways for writing code in Infopath, I would like to know what is the the best way to implement what I wish. (Please note that the infopath form is published in MOSS 2007, and users d'ont have Infopath client installed, they used it through IE) Thank you in advance.
