Good Question.

You would have to come up with probably a numeric code where each digit would represent each option box. So maybe a binary, 1 or 0 for true or false, and then 6 or 12 digits. Then you would have to parse this data from the Database. What are the values of your option boxes? You would just have to string a concatenation function together with all the components.

Best practice would be to create a field in your table for each one.

With the Database Accelerator this would be even easier since it could map each control to a table field without anything additional in your form.

I have a form with two sections of option buttons, one for Group products and one for Supplemental products. Each section has 6 buttons and multiple selections can be made under each section. I'm wondering how to combine all selections made into a concatenated entry submission to a single field in an access database.
