Open the form in design mode<br />2. Go the View where you want to add the drop down box<br />3. Go to Data source, now drag and drop the drop down box into the required section <br /> <br />Using code get the login user name and check user name is present in the dropdown list. I have a drop down box that consist of Supervisor Names.
