Can you review the SharePoint logs and see if there is more to the error message? I know I have seen a similar error message if I use filters on a repeating table and have an expression box on the form above it (I know, crazy, right?) but there should be more info in the logs that may help us figure it out. I&#39;m assuming if you remove the multi select the form can be uploaded?</p>

Re: Multi Select list box - disable formatting rule - giving object reference not set to instance of an object error

Any help please?

Multi Select list box - disable formatting rule - giving object reference not set to instance of an object error

Hi Team,

I have one multi-select list box in my infopath form. Datasource is SharePoint list with some filter data.
Allow user to enter custom value property enabled on this control.

When I am trying to add rule on this list box, to disable this control, when some condition is true --&gt; uploading it to central admin, giving
&quot;Object reference not set to an instance of an object&quot; error and not able to upload form to central admin.

Its admin approved form.
Please suggest....
