That bit of troubleshooting you figured out is going to save you a ton of time in the future. When in doubt about how things are working, just throw all the fields you need to see on the form so you can figure out what&#39;s going wrong. WOW--Such an easy fix!! I am working with InfoPath 2013 &amp; SharePoint 2013 Form Library. I have been working on this for hours upon hours and this project is already past the deadline. I have worked with a group of consultants on many other issues, which are now resolved, but now am having this major problem with simple views. For some reason, my views are getting stuck on the same view for every item..even when clicking new form! The form contains 4 Form Load views. They change based on the Approval Status column in the form library. Each Form Load view has a condition, for example, if &quot;Approval Status = Approved, Switch to view: Read-Only&quot; The status changes based on the step completed in the approval process workflow. THIS WORKS FLAWLESSLY ON THE FIRST ITEM CREATED. After that, it goes Haywire!! At first, I thought it was from republishing the form with items still in the library, so I was removing all items. Deleting the form content type. Deactivating the form. And then removing the form. Only to republish again to central admin, activate, add to content type. Then it seemed to work, but again after the first item - it does not work. The new form picks up on some previous status. It is not consistant in ANY way!! I can&#39;t figure it out. Sometimes even the new button will work (opening new view), but then the rest of the views are all messed up. I really would appreciate any ideas or help as I can&#39;t take it anymore and this project needs to be complete as it is a very important project already +2 weeks past deadline. I am running out of ideas to try. Thanks!!
