So the only out-of-the-box solution is to show all items in your default view.

If that's impossible, you might look at writing your down web service to retrieve, which I've never done but I imagine is possible. There are third party packaged available which include this web service call, but that would involve a software purchase and install.

How to bind infopath dropdown to specific view in sharepoint list.

Hi Folks,

"I am using MOSS & infopath 2007"

I am having list of 1000 items and each page shows 100 items. I created 'Receive' connection in infopath on this list and bind this connection to dropdown in infopath.

However, my drop down takes only 100 items. I need all 1000 items in dropdown.

Doing googling, i got to know that connection will take data from default view only (which shows 100 items per page). Is there any way to bind drop down to specific view and let this view shows all 1000 items?

Please advice.

Note: My requirement doesn't allow to show all 1000 items on single page.

Thx,
