So if you use browser-based forms I would highly recommend reading the following article for implementing roles in browser-based forms.

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2007/01/10/implementing-roles-in-browser-forms.aspx

Another way of accomplish a solution for this issue is to use "SharePoint" groups (User, User Supervisor and HR) and check for the membership of the SharePoint user in one of the specific groups if someone open a form. But this can (as far as I know) only realized with managed code.

Hope that helps.

Regards,

Re: How 2 change submitted infopath form view according to logged in User?

Here are some links, but a quick Google search will reveal more resources. Good luck.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb251015%28office.12%29.aspx

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/infopath/archive/2007/01/10/implementing-roles-in-browser-forms.aspx

How 2 change submitted infopath form view according to logged in User?

Hi,
