And also make sure that data base is selected in the submit options window(which will be shown when you click on submit options button in button properties).</span> <p>&nbsp;</p>https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/32928.aspxWed, 08 Oct 2008 15:10:48 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:32928mcalicea0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/32928.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=42&PostID=32928<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">I have a form with multiple views set up.&nbsp; The view that I want to add new records with works fine if I don&#39;t query the DB first.&nbsp; All the fields show up as blank and I can enter in data.&nbsp; The problem is, if I run a query first, then try to go to the view to enter a new record, the view is populated with the results from the query.&nbsp; I tried using a rule to query the DB with bogus data to get 0 results, but then the controls won&#39;t show up because the query doesn&#39;t return anything.&nbsp; If I try to clear the query first, I still get the data from the query.&nbsp; I am trying to do this without a webservice using rule and custom code only.&nbsp; Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.</font></p>
