For one of our clients we've developing a rather complex application using InfoPath forms. The application consists of a central form and different child forms, which are partially populated from the central form from which they are opened. All forms al published to SharePoint.

One of the requirements is being able to print a few of these forms with a specific footer, which has field values in them and only prints on the first page. InfoPath 2003 only let's you create a fixed footer without field value's for all the pages. What I've done is create a XSL stylesheet (using WordPrint) and creater a footer section with the specific fields.

Now comes the hard part, having the footer behave like a footer: Being at the absolute bottom of the page, not at the end of the content. And only being present of the first page.

Question 1: How do I set the footer at the bottom of the page. At this point in appears at the end of the content. If there is very little content on the page, the footer will be higher than it should be. I would like to have it at a fixed location before the page break.

Question 2: Is there a possibility to have a footer appear only on the first page.

TIA
