If you are using InfoPath 2007, they've made it possible to include field values in them.

Controlling position of header and footers

Hi There,

I'm new to InfoPath so please bare with me.

I have a form which has a header, repeating table and a footer. The form needs to be printable and is in landscape form. I would like to control where the footer sits on the page etc in order to make in printable.

For example,

1 Page: Header, 10 rows, Footer
2 Page:
Page 1: Header, 15 rows
Page 2: x rows, footer
3 Page:
Page 1: Header, 15 rows
Page 2: 20 rows
Page 3: x rows, footer

In the example the footer jumps to the next page if there are to many rows creating a new sections on the new page with the table and column headings and the footer. If the rows on this page grow to much the footer jumps again, and again?

Hope that makes sense? I have tryed to follow the tutorial Shiraz posted (http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/post/21817.aspx) and it worked for the page jumping but does'nt help with the footer all filling a page etc.

Thanks,
James Callaghan, Cambridge UK
